Key responsabilities

Solve technical requests that the first level of support cannot resolve. Filter and escalate technical requests as needed. Send pricing to leads after a qualification process. Define and implement automated processes for closing leads and onboarding. Ensure orders are generated without issues by following processes. Review CRM conversations to verify process adherence. Identify and escalate mistakes for improvement actions with vendors.

Candidate qualifications and skills

Availability for a 6-month full-time internship. Some experience in Billing, Finance Ops, or B2C Customer Service. Advanced user of Excel or Google Sheets. SQL or billing systems (e.g., SAP) experience preferred but not required. Strong business acumen and developed communication skills. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales. Data-driven profile. Proficiency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
